Prepwick for tutors

Send parents your Prepwick link. When a new family buys a pass through it, they get $20 off and Prepwick pays you $20. From January 2027, when a parent shares their child with you, you see what that student is missing, question by question, and assign skills for them to practice between sessions.

How it works

  • Sign up below. Your link shows on the screen right away and arrives by email.
  • Send it to parents. Not to students. Prepwick is sold to parents, and a parent owns every account.
  • Earn $20 a family. When a new family buys a pass through your link, they get $20 off and you earn $20. The fee is earned 30 days after their purchase, as long as it was not refunded. No cap.
  • Get paid monthly. Before your first payout, we email you to set up how you get paid.

Passes go on sale November 15, 2026. Fees start with the first sales through your link.

What you see and do, from January 2027

Each parent decides whether to share their child with you. Signing up through your link shares nothing on its own. Once a parent says yes, your tutor login lists all of your students, and you can open any of them to see:

  • The skill map: which topics are solid, and the exact weak spots inside each one.
  • Every missed question, with the student's answer, the right answer, the time taken and how much help they used.
  • Practice test results by section, with time per question next to the real test's clock.
  • The study plan for this week and next.
  • An Assign button on each skill. Pick the test it's for, from the tests the parent chose, and Prepwick puts it first in the student's plan.

You can't message the student or change their tests or settings. The parent can turn off assigning or stop sharing at any time.

Questions tutors ask

Does it cost tutors anything?
No. Families buy passes. Tutors pay nothing.
Do I have to tell parents about the fee?
Yes. Say that Prepwick pays you $20 when a family buys through your link. The text your share button writes already says it, and the page parents land on says it too.
Can families who signed up on their own share with me?
Yes, from January 2027. A parent can share their child with you using your tutor code, even without your link. The fee only applies to new families who sign up through your link and buy.
Which tests does Prepwick cover?
Practice for the SHSAT and TACHS, with an HSPT add-on. The site has facts on the ISEE and SSAT too, but practice for those comes later.
Do I need to give a tax form?
We may ask for one before paying you. If so, we'll ask by email before your first payout.
